Fire Table Patio

The Fire Table Patio is a more decorative patio with a beautiful concrete Wood Plank floor and two 8 foot long fire tables in the middle to help add warmth and atmosphere to your party.  With the best sunset views on the property, your guests are sure to leave happy.

Cost - $325.00
Each Additional Hour - $75
($100 deposit required to hold the date and balance is due 24 hours before the party)

Covered Patio

The covered patio  is 20’ x 20’ with an additional 400 square feet that is outside.  The covered area will keep you shaded on a sunny day and dry in the rain.  It is a more casual space than our Fire Table Patio with the added benefit of the cover.  

Cost - $250.00
Each Additional Hour - $50
($100 deposit required to hold the date and balance is due 24 hours before the party)

• A banquet permit is required
• Beer and Cider are to be purchased through SVGC at a discounted price.
• Wine may be supplied by you
• A bartender is required for all parties of 40 or more people and will be supplied by SVGC at $25 per hour.
