Premium Stall Rental Terms & Conditions
By booking a Premium Stall Rental at Snohomish Valley Golf Center, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your Premium Stall.
- Premium Stall Rentals require a minimum reservation of two (2) hours.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are not accepted.
- Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before your reservation.
- Snohomish Valley Golf Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations due to severe - weather, facility closures, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. In these cases, guests will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Arrival & Rental Time
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled reservation.
- Rental time begins and ends at the reserved time, regardless of arrival time.
- Because reservations run on a strict schedule, additional time cannot be guaranteed.
- Groups remaining beyond their reserved time may be charged additional rental fees if space allows.
Guest Limits
- Each Premium Stall accommodates a maximum of eight (8) guests.
- Children ages 3 and under do not count toward the guest limit.
- Groups larger than eight guests must reserve additional Premium Stalls.
- Guests may not move between reserved and non-reserved stalls without staff approval.
Included With Your Rental
Your Premium Stall Rental includes:
- Unlimited range balls during your reserved rental period.
- Access to Toptracer Range games and virtual golf courses.
- Reserved Premium Stall seating.
- Comfortable patio furniture.
- Unlimited balls apply only during your reserved rental period and only for the reserved stall.
Food & Beverage
- Food and beverages are available for purchase from the Valley Grill and may be delivered directly to your stall.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
- Alcohol purchased on-site must remain within designated areas and may not be brought onto the property from outside.
Safety & Conduct
- Guests must follow all posted driving range safety rules and staff instructions.
- Only one golfer should swing at a time within the hitting area.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Any guest displaying unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may be asked to leave without refund.
- Snohomish Valley Golf Center reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
Damage & Liability
- The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all guests in their party.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to facility property, equipment, furniture, or Toptracer equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
- Snohomish Valley Golf Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
- Participation in golf activities carries inherent risks. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the driving range and facilities.
Weather Policy
- Premium Stall Rentals operate rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to normal weather conditions. Management may suspend play or close the facility in the event of lightning, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.
Right to Modify
- Snohomish Valley Golf Center reserves the right to modify pricing, operating hours, rental policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
